We are the 21 dedicated and hardworking members of the 2008-09 SYA Virginia United U-17 boys travel soccer team. We live in Bristow, Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Gainesville, Haymarket, Reston, and Washington, Virginia. We successfully compete at the highest levels in the NCSL and in college showcase tournaments around the eastern United States.

While many of us dream of playing soccer in college, we also balance athletics with academics and service to our communities. As juniors and seniors in high school, we want to increase our exposure to colleges and their soccer programs by competing in five-to-six college showcase tournaments this year. Through sponsorship support from local businesses, as well as raffles, bake sales, and car washes, we hope to raise approximately $10,000 to fund training and the cost of premier college showcase events.
